Terms of Service for Afro-Carib Eats

By using Afro-Carib Eats ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

Your Account

You may sign in using Google or Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for the activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the App, which permanently removes your profile, reviews, and uploaded photos/videos.

User Content

The App lets you post reviews and upload photos/videos of restaurants ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you agree that:

You own it or have the right to share it.
It does not contain anything illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
It does not infringe anyone else's rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights.
You grant us a license to display your User Content within the App.

Moderation

We may remove any User Content, and suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion — including in response to user reports — without prior notice. You can report content or block another user directly within the App. To report a problem or abusive content, contact us at support@afrocaribeats.com.

Third-Party Content

Restaurant information, ratings, reviews, and photos sourced from Google are provided by Google and not verified or controlled by us. See Google's Terms of Service.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the accuracy of restaurant information (hours, availability, pricing) — always confirm directly with the restaurant. Ordering, delivery, and menu links take you to third-party services we don't control or operate.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
